On December 5th, we held the Award Ceremony for the new CFA Charterholders, a significant milestone in their professional careers.

The CFA Charter is granted only to individuals who have successfully passed the rigorous three exams of the CFA program and have the required work experience. This entails sustained effort over several years, demonstrating the dedication and resilience of those who attain it.
Fabian Ibarburu, CFA, President of CFA Society Uruguay, opened the ceremony by welcoming the new CFA Charterholders, and Sofia Otheguy, CFA, shared her testimony of this process, expressing gratitude for the support and motivation from her family.
