The Global Pension Index by Mercer CFA Institute compares 47 retirement income systems worldwide, highlighting the challenges and opportunities within each.
The Index consists of three sub-indices, including adequacy, sustainability, and integrity, to measure each retirement income system against more than 50 indicators.
Uruguay was included in the index in 2021, and this year it is ranked 15th with 68.9 points.
