In accordance with the current bylaws and the resolution of the Electoral Committee, the members of the Association of Investment Professionals of Uruguay (CFA Society Uruguay) are hereby called to participate in the election for the renewal of authorities (Board of Directors and Audit Committee). The election will take place on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Rancho del Lawn Tennis, Couture 6401, Montevideo.

An electronic voting option will also be available for members who are unable to attend in person. Those wishing to vote remotely must register in advance by completing the form available at the following link:

Registration will remain open until November 24 at 6:00 p.m.

Registered members will receive by email the link to access the Zoom meeting.
On election day, participants must log in at 8:00 p.m. with their camera on and show their ID card for validation by the Electoral Committee.

Voting will take place through an anonymous poll within the Zoom platform, ensuring the secrecy of the vote. The session will remain open until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 25.

Candidate lists must be submitted to the Electoral Committee by email no later than November 17.
