Keys to Accessing International Capital Markets

We are pleased to invite you to the event “Keys to Accessing International Capital Markets,” which will take place on June 20th at 6:30 PM on Piso 40. In this event, we will have the participation of Cecilia Carriquiry and Ignacio Temerlin, prominent professionals with extensive experience in the field of issuances, who will share their knowledge on how issuances are structured from the investment banking perspective, as well as the key learnings they have obtained in each process.

Cecilia Carriquiry is a Director at Patria Investments. She holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard University. She has over 12 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, and investments. She led the IPO of CAAP on NYSE and the de-SPAC of Lavoro on NASDAQ. She has participated in debt issuances of over USD 300 million, in addition to various acquisitions.

Ignacio Temerlin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Wharton School (specializing in Finance) at the University of Pennsylvania. He has over 17 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on capital markets for emerging markets. He has participated in the structuring and syndication of over 100 debt transactions amounting to over US$100 billion for issuers in Latin America, Africa, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.
