A webinar was held in collaboration with Inviu, where the current economic and political situation in Argentina was analyzed in the context of the upcoming elections on October 26.
The talk, titled “Resetting the Argentine Model in the Milei 2.0 Era,” was led by Diego Martínez Burzaco, Country Head of Inviu Argentina. He reviewed the first phase of Javier Milei’s administration, delved into the growing challenges that have emerged in recent weeks, and discussed possible scenarios going forward. Finally, he highlighted the investment opportunities arising in terms of asset allocation for Argentine assets.
Biography:
Diego holds a degree in Economics (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Buenos Aires and a postgraduate specialization in Capital Markets from the same institution. With over 22 years of experience in the financial industry, he previously served as Head of Research at the brokerage firm Corsiglia y Cía, and later as a Private Banking Portfolio Manager at Puente. He joined Inviu in July 2020 as Head of Research & Strategy and has served as Country Head of Inviu Argentina for over two years. Additionally, he teaches at several universities and offers specialized courses in finance and investments at institutions such as the Fundación Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires.
